Take a look at website & tell me page transition isn't working

Hi - could anyone take a look at http://65.108.134.164 for me?

My first page isn't transitioning right. Under FOrmat/Page
Transition, I chose Box in on Site Enter, I've tried Page enter, I've
tried different transitions, none seem to work, but only on my home
page./???

Also, my link bar buttons appear one way in Frontpage and when viewed
through the browser, but in IE I see no formatting of the Home,WHo we
are and What we are buttons. No matter what style link bar I choose,
nothing changes in IE.

Any help is appreciated!

I took a look at your site using IE 6.

The Home page does not transition when first accessed.
This is normal. It does transition when accessed from one
of your other pages. Developers do not usually transition
the home page of a website. In general, a lot of visitors
think transitions are annoying but it is your site so do
whatever floats your boat.

As to the buttons, they seem to be working fine to me. I
have no way of knowing what they look like on your PC.
They look "active" to me ... I move the mouse over them
and they highlight.

I don't see any transitions when clicking the links to the different pages.
using IE 6.0. Transitions should work and do only work in INternet Explorer.

What transition are you using? Fade In/Out? (or similar) - it happens so fast
on my machine I must be missing it, it just looks like one page loading from the
link on another as any normal page.
