Tagging Items

I currently have a form where it lists all clients (just there name and
address and postcode) if you click on the company name it will bring up
another form will ALL their other details, including history etc.

I would like to be able to highlight several clients at once from the
ordinary listing, of my own choice and by pressing a button (view all tagged
records) beable to view the records i have selected (in list format still) in
order for me to bulk email/mailshot/sms etc. (I have general searches
available ie classification, location and alphabetically, however this
particular task would not be feasable within a search as I would be looking
at the list and highlighting as I go.)

Any help would be great! Thanks.
 
Why not add a "Select Record" check box in the list. Check
the clients you want in your detail list and base your
other form on a query with the check box as criteria.
Don't forget to add a save record and a box to uncheck all
checked check boxes.
