You can do it in winamp, anyway you can also use

Had hoped someone knew a program that could it and tell me the name.
I have found that JetAudio can edit 1 by 1.
So I need a batch editor for .ogg files.

Why not ? It is indeed easier than a bloated GUI...
Anyway, I told you higher that it was editable in Winamp
so you have a nice GUI then like No more Mr Nice GUI
So what ? I still use a hammer for driving nails

Not necessarily, maybe just reading the short descriptions
would help you to tune the crystal ball

or try the CLI, I guess you may like it in the end
