Tabs not working on web site

I have a web site @ sgte5j.com, when I bring up the site on my computer (OS
is XP Home) I can not go to the other pages of the site, by clicking on the
tabs to the left. One person said that I might have to do this, onclick
attribute set to window.location=whatever. What is this?
I am not real smart when it comes to HTML, I use frontpage to do my web site.

I can view the web site if I use Firefox.

Any help that I get would be great.

The site works for me- too much horizontal scrolling though ;-)
Have you cleared your Temporary Internet Files recently?

Sorry, I was a little vague about that. Yes, clearing your TIF might help.
You might have an old or damaged version of that page or one the linked
pages in the TIF folder (cache.)
