Tabs missing in Internet Options on IE 6

When i go to internet options, the security tab and
advanced tab are missing. Where did they go and why are
they missing?

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?
 
Use the Group policy editor
%windir%\system32\gpedit.msc
User Config\Admin Templates\Windows Components\IE\Internet Control Panel and
set ""Disable Security Page"="Not Configured"

Then get one of the tools available to remove the junkware/spyware that's
installed on your pc.

I went to check but the "disable security page"
and "diable advanced page" are already set to "not
configured".
Also, I have both Ad-aware and Spy Bot-search & destroy
(both with latest updates) and they show that my computer
is clean from spyware.

What do I do now?

What happens if you logon as a new user? (create a new account in 'Users and
Passwords')
