Is there a way to insert a picture inside a table, but not interacting with the cells,
so i can move it with out changing the table? Please help.

I'm afraid you'll have to define your terms. What do you mean by
"interacting with the cells" and "move it"?

Tools | Page Options | Compatibility Setting, set browsers to IE or custom
Then select you cell, and insert the image as background under cell
properties.
