Tables in FrontPage

Is there a way to enter long strings of characters into a cell/table?
Everytime I do it, the cell keeps getting wider as the string.
 
A table cell will always expand to accommodate its content. If the content
cannot wrap, the cell will expand to enable it to fit. A string will only
wrap if it contains spaces.
 
Are you working with hyperlinks and having this issue?
