TABLES: formatting overflowing rows...

....if that makes sense. The table is created in PPT and my rows overflow to
the next slide, I need to 'distribute rows evenly' to one slide - how do I do
this?

You got me confused, a table that overflows to the next slide. You mean the
table exceeds the limits of the slide and ends up in the grey area
surrounding it.

If you want all of the rows on one slide (if that is practical), here's what
I would do, reduce the font size to a strict minimum say 12 pt. Then shorten
the table by dragging the format handler in the middle at the bottom of the
table so that it fits one slide. Distribute the rows evenly by clicking on
the distribute rows evenly button of the tables toolbar. Then increase the
font to a size that makes the table readable whilst staying on the slide.
But maybe you would be better off splitting the table in two. A simple cut
and paste would do the trick.
 
Thanks Luc, your former answer was what I needed - the table only overflows
by 2 rows.
