Which is blue and which is green - Tables / cells - I'm confused, because
one seems to "become" or morpth into another.

I guess I must have a cell in a table - correct?

And dow I put a space between autostretch "cells," of approx 1/8 -in. I
can't seem to get a space between the cells, above and below one another.

thanks

A table will always have at least 1 cell. You can not insert spaces between cells.

Cells live inside of tables.
To create spaces between cells use "padding"

No. To create spaces between cells, use cellspacing. Cellpadding will pad
the inner walls of the cell - sort of like a padded room. You know those,
right? 8)

Yup.:-)
