How can i hide tables from the users accessing them. Please let me know all
the options that i hagve. Either if i can hiode it or passwordprotect it or
even a better one.

Any help is appreciated!!!

Thank You,

Have you tried using Access HELP with "hide" as a search term?

Have you checked on-line using "MS Access" and "hide tables" as search
terms?

How sophisticated are your users? Are you protecting against casual
inspection or a serious, informed hacker?

One option would be to tell the users "if you break it, you bought it!"

Good luck

The MDE compiles the code and makes it unviewable. As the developer,
you retain the MDB and work on that, creating a new MDE whenever you
need to provide upgrades. MDE's *only* protect the code and the design
of objects. Savvy users can still link to and import tables from an
MDE.
