i made a table contains lot of figures and each figure refers to a person, i want to make a report contains 3 coloumns, first one Name, seconed one contains the figure, and the last colomn shows the figure order if the figure table sorted descending, how can i make this coloumn (last one)

I don't understand which field you want to sort on. In the report design
window, you can select the sorting/grouping button and specify which field
you use for sorting.

for example, Edward has 10 years experience, and 35 years old he is the 1st experienced person but he is the 4th aged one, i want to show the figure "4" beside his age, how???

Could you please enter about 6-10 records into a reply with the numbers you
would like to have calculated?

I afraid I still don't understand. I don't see Edward, age 35, with 10
years experience, in your example, and I don't see the numbering "4".
