The add-in should help if you want to do it automatically. For a small
presentation, it is not too hard to do it by hand. Just type a list of
slides you want to go to, highlight each item on the list (one at a time),
and choose Hyperlink from the Insert menu. Click on Place in this Document
on the far left of the window that pops up, and choose from the list of
slides. Repeat for each entry in your index.
