Hi,

How do I create a table of contents in a report?
I've got a table with various row height and I want to get a toc which
tells me something like:
Content Page
row 1........... 1
row 2........... 1
row 3........... 1
row 4........... 1
row 5........... 2
row 6........... 2
row 7........... 4
