Table of Contents - UK Date format

Using Frontpage 2003 and created a TOC using web component, based on
categories - code below;

<!--webbot bot="Category" S-Categories="Drivers"
S-Format="title,date,comment" S-Sort="date" -->

But I want the date to show in UK format dd/mm/yy - I have tried playing
with S-Format (%d %m %y) but had no luck.

Is there a way to do this?

The FP date and currency formats are base on the server settings.
