Table of Contents page---links all wrong

http://www.salsafreak.com/tocs/stories-toc.htm

I moved the stories subfolders down from the root to be under /stories and
now all links are pointing to the old paths.

I have tried "Recalculate Hyperlinks" and the server times out.

Why are the links wrong?

The actual path is: /stories/stories-s/SNAP_OUT_OF_IT.html

The /stories folder is the beginning of the paths for /stories-s

What has happened is 20% of the links are appearing now.
I can't get the other 80% to appear.
I checked the workgroup properties in the files that don't appear and they
seem to be the same as the files that do appear.
I suspect the extensions are bad again.

The last time I reinstalled extensions--I lost all the workgroup coding.
