Table of Contents not working for Word 2002 documents opened in IE

Yes I am curious if anybody knows why I cannot use the
link for the table of contents for Word document inside
of internet explorer.

I am prompted to save.

Yes, No or Cancel.

Yes - Opens save dialog box

No - takes you to the correct place in the document as it
should without the dialog box.

Cancel - Closes the dialog box and nothing happens.

Any help would be great.

See this article. It tells how not to open them in IE, so you should be
able to figure out how to reverse it.
