Is there a way to have a table of contents that goes beyond Heading 3
(i.e. indented Headings 1-5) in Word 2002 and Word 2007?

How?

Thanks, Jeff

Of course. In the Table of Contents dialog, choose 5 for "Show levels"
instead of 3. If the TOC has already been created, press Alt+F9 to display
the TOC field code and change \o "1-3" to \o "1-5".

I knew it had to be something simple.

Incidentally I am hitting a weird problem when I run both Word 2002 and
Word 2007 on the same W 7 laptop. If the document open in Word 2002 has
an action button in it, the Word 2002 window flashes and gets locked. I
guess you can not open both Words at the same time. They are installed
in different folders.

You can certainly run two versions of Word concurrently (I have Word 2003
and frequently open Word 2007 at the same time), but you cannot open the
same document concurrently in both versions, if that's what you're trying to
do.

Then what is happening in the document
http://www.orthohelp.com/Problem doc.doc ?

When I open it in W 2002 it shimmers constantly but opens normally in W
2007.
