table link from excel to access - add rows?

I want to make a table which are linked to an Excel sheet from Access and add
rows to the Excel sheet from Access. Is that possible? I read in Help that it
is not possible, but still have to ask.
 
No, it is not possible

see Help "About importing and linking data and database
objects " :

" Note You cannot update or delete data that is linked to a Microsoft
Office Excel 2003 worksheet."

Im'sorry but I work with linked excel tables,excel 2000 or 2002,I'm not sure
and I cann add rows and update normaly everthying in excel table throw the
access.but I have one problem.Closing access cause problem with opening of
any other file in excel beside that file.Excel just open toolbar not the
file.When we restart the computer everthying is normally again.IF the user
stays in both of program all work time there is no problem.
normaly I adjust the excel sheet so that he have very simple design with
many fields and rows.
