I am working with Access97. Is there anyway to print the
design screen so I can have a printed copy of my field
names, data types and descriptions?
Help is MUCH appreciated!

Even better, take a look at Tools > Analyze > Documenter

You can dowload a add in that lets you do this.

In a2000 and later, this feature is built in.
