Table Comment Field In A Report

I am creating a report based on a survey that participants will complete at a workshop. Three of the statements on the survey are statements asking for additional comments, i.e. One idea from the workshop that I will use is... I have a table setup with three different fields for the three different survey comment responses.

My report begins with a graph related to other information in the survey. After that, I want to list each of my survey statements (example shown below) and then have comments in that field to list vertically (at least for everyone who provided a response), one after the other on the report. After all comments for statement one have listed, I want all comments for statement two, etc. I will use alpha boxes to indicate what the responses shown below it are for. Below is what I'm hoping to have happen in my report.

If you'd clarify, in some detail, what data you have, and how you have
structured your tables, someone might be able to make some worthwhile
suggestions. If it is arranged so that you can join the Questions and the
associated Comments in a Query, then using Access Reports' Sorting and
Grouping to Group on Question, and print the comments as detail lines ought
to work nicely.
