has anyone seen the new Mozilla FireFox internet portal software? Do you
know what I mean by "tabbed viewing?" It's a lot like an Excel workbook,
but only for IE, and it works really well. However, most security software
out there only works with IE or netscape, not Mozilla, so I'm left with a
choice: keep the great functionality of FireFox, or go back to IE for
security. Does anyone know how to get this "tabbed viewing" in IE? Please
help!

I've been using Avant for over a year. This is a shell for IE that gives
you tabbed browsing, pop-up blocking, ad blocking, flash blocking, and
numerous other goodies. It's highly customizable, free and I love it. I've
looked at Mozilla/Firefox but I keep going back to Avant. It's worth a
look (and it's only a 1MB download!):

Another option is Maxthon. It's very similar to Avant. I've tried it but I
prefer Avant. YMMV
