tabbed browsing in ie6??

Is tabbed browsing available in any version of IE6? I recently uninstalled
IE7 and when IE6 came back up it had the tabbed browsing...which I like.
However another computer that I uninstalled IE7 on didn't have tabbed
browsing in the IE6 version that came back up. Is there a way to select
tabbed browsing in IE6??
 
Several third-party add-ons (toolbars) will give you tabbed browing in IE6
(e.g., Maxthon).
