tab stop on tab control

I just realized that there is no tab stop property on the second page
of tab control.

Are there any way to let user tab stop on all pages on the tab
controls?

there is tab stop property in the text box that user can stop one by
one by use tab key by specify tab index.

The tab controls have tab index property, but not pages.

Perhaps I'm being too dense, but I'm not understanding what is happening and
what you want to have happen differently.
