Tab Order in Access

I have a form and subform created as data entry. It is a time sheet. First
you enter your name then date worked and then tab to enter subform for
project info and time. For some reason when you tab to enter the subform it
goes to the last field not the first. This only occurs when you go to enter a
second time sheet (record). If you only enter 1 time sheet the tabbing is
correct. The tab order is correct. This happened after someone turned off
data entry. I don't know if anything else has been done to the form. What
could have changed when the second record is created.

What's the tab order of the underlying sub-form? What "cycle" property is
set for the underlying sub-form?

The Tab Order is: Employee Name, Date Worked, Subform1, Reg. Hrs, OT, Total
Hours. This is the order is should be. When I get to the subform the tab
order is: Job No., Project Name, Phase, Task, Description, Reg Hrs. OT, The
tab order in the subform is in the correct order but when you tab out of main
form the cursor goes to OT instead of Job No. but only when entering 2nd
record. Cycle property on both forms is "All Records".

Thanks for the additional information. I'm clueless! Perhaps one of the
other 'group readers has seen this?
