Tab Key not working with SP2

I've got a dummy app with 2 buttons and am trying to tab between the two.

But the tab key doesn't work even though I've upgraded to CF SP2.
Neither the KeyPress or the KeyDown events fire on the tab.

The device is an Intermec CK30 without a touch screen.

Any ideas ?

What control has the focus when you press the tab key? Maybe someone is not
releasing the focus or something...
