How can I have the tab control title show up when I print the form?

Forms aren't really intended for printing: that's what reports are for.

If you really want to print the form, then i would suggest just taking a screen shot of it and printing it with Paint or Word. Why do you need to see tab controls and what is your intention for printing a form?
