Tab Control = Bouncing Forms

How can I stabilize the tabs so that when they are clicked, they don't slide
under the form header or so that when the form is opened they appear and I
don't have to use the vertical scroll bar to chase them.

I have 3 forms on a 3-tabbed control.
The 3 forms are almost identical in size and set to 0 top and 0 left on
their respective tab.

That behavior usually suggests that the subform controls on your TabPages are
not big enough to display all of the form that the control references. Try
making them and/or your TabPgaes larger.
