T40p Video

I have upgraded my ThinkPad t40p from xp to Vista RTm. All systems work
great, except when connecting an external LCD monitor or overhead projector.
I have verified the most recent video driver is installed. any ideas?

Did you get the graphics driver from the notebook manufacturer's website?

Yes, I downloaded it from IBM's site
