sysus.exe, what is it? and what for?.

Hi, Any one now what a folder in programs file in xp pro
is for?,the folder is ddm (dinamic desktop media)and it
contains sysus.exe and it puts a little window up saying
ITS TIME, OK, ive never pressed ok, just switched it off,
as i have just re installed windows, i was wandering if
this had anything to do with it crashing. This folder and
file are not on my other system. any one help please.

Have you ran your virus scan to see if it is a virus?
Have you ran any program that detects spyware?
Spybot Search and Destroy and Ad-Aware are both good and free.

May I suggest that you virus check your system with the latest definitions for your AV program and check for spyware with either/both of the following programs:
