Systray question

On my win XP Pro, I have set systray to start at start up (per a Kelly's tip
#54) which seems to have resolved my desktop settings from getting lost on
reboot.
My question is Shouldn't i see "systray.exe" running in Task Manager,
Processes list? It's not there.
Joe Calderone Don't Force it, Use a bigger Hammer.

No. You're looking at processes in Task Manager; it won't show there.
