Systemwide proxy changer freeware ???

I use both Microsoft IE and MYIE browsers. I have to use a proxy with
laptop at work and have to have it off at home.

Is there any freeware available that would allow me to "globally change" my
proxy settings ? I've done searches - found something for Opera. Actually
MYIE has a proxy switch -but doesn't impact IE.

Ideally I'd hit a tray icon and say "proxy" - then both my IE and MYIE
browsers would both be changed.

Even cooler would be something that automatically sensed which configuration
was necessary - but that may be dreaming....

Ever think that it takes way too many clicks to turn your Internet Explorer
proxy on and off? Me too so I wrote ProxyPal. After installing ProxyPal,
just add it to your IE toolbar and you have one click access to toggle your
proxy. This is very useful for corporate laptops that connect to the
Internet away from work. Install ProxyPal today to put an end to
seven-clicking your proxy on and off!
