Everytime After I reboot/restart my DELL Latitude E6400 Windows XP SP3 Laptop
and login either local administrator or a user I get the following popup
message.

One of the files containing the System's registry data had to be recovered
by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful.

Please help!

What do you need help with? This message reports
successful use of one of WinXP's safe-startup routines
(which exists because the Hive (Registry) is not a single
file as in Win98.)

I need help to stop this message from appearing everytime I reboot/restart
and login.

How can I correct the Hive (Registry) so the message doesn't popup.

We have over 300 Windows XP machines this is the only machine having this
issue.

The message shouldn't popup.

Yes, it does happen with a different user account.

It happens regardless what user account I use.
