Systems Explorers

When I click on System Explorers under Advance Tools, I do
not see any system explorers. Can someone help.

This seems to be a common problem with no fix yet. Do you by chance have Norton
System Works on your computer? That might be a common factor.
 
Does this occur more than once? Sometimes its a redraw issue, just hit the
back button to "Advanced Tools" then click back on "System Explorers".
