When I reboot my computer I get a stop error (blue screen)
that says I do not have the subject driver. Where do I go
to get it and how should it be installed? I recently got a
trojan backdoor virus and I may have uninstalled it while
trying to rid my computer of it.

Thanks,

Jack

Is this a stop d1?

Can you boot into safe mode? Recovery console? Rename ptserial.sys to
ptserial.old and reinstall your modem driver.
