Systemced not found

Hi ¡¡ My laptop shows me a message that is:

Windows could not start because the following file is
missing or corrupt:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMced

I did all that microsoft suggest in the page:

But still the same message.

Do you have any other suggestion?

Did you really do step 7 in that article? The system.ced error is caused by
the system hive being too larger most of the time or it is dmaged. If you
put in another copy of the system hive it will allow you to boot.
