Do you have a replacement drive? Being that it's a laptop, you'll have
to use on very specific parts. It sounds as if one user was burned by
not getting an *exact* replacments:
By going through a Support link at systemaxpc.com, I've found a prompt
for a system serial number, that would presumably lead to product
information--maybe even a service manual.
Found it! One screw on the unerside & the drive clicks out.
