Anyone have this to pop up when you turn on your pc? Have you found out how to fix it? Can you help me with this problem. If you know how to fix this could you start at the starting point. #1 Turn on you pc.
 
I am having the same problem. I have a Dell Dimension 8300 that I received one week ago. Within a couple of days the System32 Folder began opening automatically every time I logged onto the system and got to the desktop. I too would like to know if anyone has found a solution for this. Dell Support(less) said it sounded like I had some Spyware that might cause it but have scanned for this and removed any that was found. I have also tried the Restore feature and set the system back to a point before this started happening but within hours it happens again.

There must be some conflict or application error that is causing this but I can't find it.

Same here with a Dell 8300. Interesting that only 3 of my 5 user accounts have this problem,
