Hi,

I'm afraid you don't give us enough information. What is the *exact*
message?

Thank you for disclosing your OS.
It helps us know what tools you should have available
for diagnostics and repair.

The message you are seeing could be caused by an entry
in one of the "Run" keys in the registry.

Use either msconfig or msinfo32 to check for such unexpected
Startup options. The benefit of using msconfig is that you could
use it to control whether it gets executed or not (e.g. by unchecking
its entry). The benefit of using msinfo32 is that it is easier to capture
information from it to use in documenting your case. Since it isn't terribly
obvious what to do with msinfo32 here is the syntax to open it directly
at the Startup Programs report (e.g. entered in the Run... dialog):

msinfo32 /category SWEnvStartupPrograms

Press Win-F1 and click on Support (Alt-u) for links to both options
as an alternative to starting them via the Run... dialog.

BTW this is something which HijackThis! exposes as well so
if you're not sure whether you should try unchecking something
you could use it to document your case instead.
