Hey Jim, I have the same problem. In addition, since system32 file began popping up I have not been able to send and save e-mail drafts although I can receive and read them. I had windoctor go through the system to fix the error, but the following message appears: "gapi32.dll" file is missing. Is the same thing happening to you too? I wish someone will come on board and help us fix this problem. I have tried re-installing Windows XP but that did not help. Hope we find the answers to our question soon.

This is a common issue.
