SYSTEM32 Folder

Hello I have the problem with the system32 folder opening at startup and I
have read about how to fix the problem by going in to the registry but not
sure on what to delete here is some of what it shows in the registry and
thease strings show under both HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

What I figured I should do is delete everything other
then the Default
I would appreciate any help.
