System32 folder opens at startup

Recently the System32 folder has been appearing at startup. I cannot find it
in any startup group.
Even tho' the window is closed each time and the computer is closed down
normally it still reappears next time.
Can anyone suggest what is causing this window to open?

Ken,
This looks a very likely reason although it doesn't mention XP, but then
niether did I!
Thanks for pointing it out, I should have looked in the KB myself first.
