I have the exact same thing happening to my computer as Sticker is. My System32 folder is opening when I turn on my Computer. I can not figure out what is launching it. Someone please help me.....

I had this problem 2 days ago. It turned out to be a startup entry. Type
MSCONFIG at the Run command and look in Startup. Do you have an entry /L:ENG
if so you need to goto the corresponding registry location and modify that
command. Apparently there is a space before /L:ENG that doesn't show up in
the registry until you export the key for viewing. Get rid of this space and
hopefully this should solve your problem.
