asking for help with the matter...

my system32 folders is coming up after a cold boot, restart, or just
logging off and back on... i have loooked at many different topics
discussing this and they all say to do the same thing in the registry
or use the little tool from here

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (line 260)

but it didnt work

i have also looked at the startup and services in msconfig but again
nothing out of the ordinary...

if anyone else knows what is going on or has an idea to fix it.. PLEASE
help me

Thanks

Clinton
