system32 folder always open at start-up

Since installing AntiSpyware, the system32 folder always
opens upon start-up. Any way to stop this from happening?

I looked at the system32 posting and didn't see any of
the null "" values they illustrated. When opening the
vbs file, i got an error message that stated the script
couldn't fix the problem because the registry value
didn't exist.
