If anyone can help me with this I would be very thankful.
At startup I have a system 32 file that opens on my
desktop and I have to close it each time.Does anyone know
how I can fix this so it stops opening at startup? Thanks.

Usually a damaged or otherwise corrupt "Run" key value.
