System tray icon not showing up

My System tray icon is not showing up. ANyone have any
ideas as to why not?

i have reinstalled it to no avail.

I have the same issue on XP SP2. Have tried all the usual
stuff, re-install, disable-reenable realtime protection.
Still can't systray icon to stay. When first installed it's
there, after boot it's gone........ Please Help....
