System Tray History

When you go to the system tray properties, you can adjust
their visibility. Like always hide them or always show
them or hide when inactive. My list is totally cluttered
with programs I uninstalled or don't use (I'm talking
about 100+ entries here). This is really annoying Is
there a way to delete them from that list?
