Since I downloaded SP2 when I connect to Verizon dsl I
now get two icons in the system tray. One shows the dsl
connection; the second shows a LAN connection with a
yellow triangle (error) superimposed. If I delet the
second icon, my connection is broken and I can't
reconnect without going to control panel and working my
way back through the connection setup process. Help,
please!!!

Is there a message saying that the connection has limited or no
connectivity? If so:

1. Open the Network Connections folder.

2. Right click the connection.

3. Click Properties.

4. Un-check the box that says "Notify me when this connection has
limited or no connectivity".
