System.Transactions in Compact Framework

I'm trying to use the .Net 2.0 System.Transactions namespace, but
Visual Studio isn't finding it.

The Microsoft page on the TransactionScope object seems to suggest
that it does exist in CF 2.0 but I can't find it or the assembly dll.

Any ideas or alternative solutions?

The CF being listed as a supported platform is a doc bug (not the only one).
If you look at the class members listing, none show the CF as being
supported (little device icon).
