Hello, I have had a serious of problems that is now
taking it's toll on my PC that I was hoping you fine
people could help me resolve. First off, I recently
replaced my video card, sound card, hard-drive, and added
RAM. To this point it seems that this might have been a
mistake. First, my CD-ROM for some reason does not auto
read disc's any more, I have to go into run and manual
push the setup, and sometimes when I do install the
program, it might sometimes skip or when I get into a
game for example it simple won't start when I push start,
and it will just drop out to the desktop. Unfortunately,
I think I might have to replace my CD-RW, but I was
hoping to hear from you fine people before I make a
decision. Also my system fan for what ever reason has
completely stopped. The CPU fan is working fine but for
what ever reason my System fan had stopped completely,
now I did have to switch some of the power cords around
when I installed my video card, but when I tried to go
back to my old video card, that did not fix the problem
either. Also, my system seems to be going slower now, I
think it may be from all of the stress that is being put
on it, I was hoping to get my system fan running, and
hoping I would only have to replace my CD-RW, but I can't
tell if damage has been done to the Hard-Drive or other
hardware pieces. If anyone can assist me in this matter
I would truly appreciate it, if you need any other
information please feel free to ask. Thank you for your
time, and I hope I hear from you fine people soon.

could be the PC is overheating without the Fan, I would
try to fix this first.
The autorun for CD's can be enabled...open MyComputer,
right click the CD drive and go to properties/autoplay and
choose a action.
